When my clients were looking at buying a property for their daughters to go to university they gave me some parameters. 1. It had to have transit system close by so they could go to U of A or Grant Mac., 2. Very little criminal activity in the area, lots of light 3. With those boxes checked off they bought this property. The girls have now graduated and are moving on. Their condo took care of them and will take care of you too!
