First impressions are key when you"re trying to sell your home. You want any potenial buyers to fall in love with your home as soon as they drive up. 

Here are a few ideas to help:

-make sure any clutter like kids toys in the yard are removed
-make sure the grass is cut and/or raked
-trees and shrubs are not overgrown and you can see the house
-ensure front porch lighting works and any burnt out bulbs are replaced
-no Christmas lights on the house in July
-plant some flowers and make sure any dead ones are removed
-keep sidewalk and driveway shovelled
